We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat-rate shipping fee of $12.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 3–7 business days within Australia.
5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
6. Are your products authentic?
Yes. All our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from trusted Korean suppliers.
7. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our products are gentle and suitable for sensitive skin, but we recommend doing a patch test and checking the ingredients before use.
8. What if I receive a damaged item?
We’re sorry that happened! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we’ll sort it out quickly.
9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
